Called up in the morning as my boiler wasn't working. Despite the engineers van being broken into, he still said he would come out as my 1 year old was in the house.The engineer Lee turned up on time and was a very genuine guy, very helpful and happy to answer any questions about the system.Even though he was unable to fix the problem on the visit to provide heating, he left and returned with some electric heaters for the house free of charge!Turns out I may need a new heating system too which I'll gladly get installed through this company!

He recommended a few problems that needed fixing (new flue, magnetic filter and system flush etc).I then rescheduled an appointment with Heatsy to carry out the recommended work.
