Called up in the morning as my boiler wasn't working. Despite the engineers van being broken into, he still said he would come out as my 1 year old was in the house.The engineer Lee turned up on time and was a very genuine guy, very helpful and happy to answer any questions about the system.Even though he was unable to fix the problem on the visit to provide heating, he left and returned with some electric heaters for the house free of charge!Turns out I may need a new heating system too which I'll gladly get installed through this company!

I would highly recommend Heatsy to anyone looking for a boiler service. Lee arrived promptly and carried out a thorough inspection of our boiler. He recommended a few problems that needed fixing (new flue, magnetic filter and system flush etc).I then rescheduled an appointment with Heatsy to carry out the recommended work. Lee arrived on time each day, kept me informed of his progress, he was very tidy and finished the work within the scheduled time frame. He was also very accommodating and installed a thermostat at short notice.Since the service, my boiler is working more efficiently and my home is heated in no time.
