Brilliant service. I booked my boiler repair online, received great communication and confirmation of my appointment. I got a text telling me the engineer was on route about 30 minutes before he arrived, he kept me informed about what was going on and after I agreed the price he fixed the boiler in one visit. Called up in the morning as my boiler wasn't working. Despite the engineers van being broken into, he still said he would come out as my 1 year old was in the house.The engineer Lee turned up on time and was a very genuine guy, very helpful and happy to answer any questions about the system.Even though he was unable to fix the problem on the visit to provide heating, he left and returned with some electric heaters for the house free of charge!Turns out I may need a new heating system too which I'll gladly get installed through this company!

Amazing friendly, efficient service at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Heatsy to anyone looking for a boiler service. Lee arrived promptly and carried out a thorough inspection of our boiler. He recommended a few problems that needed fixing (new flue, magnetic filter and system flush etc).I then rescheduled an appointment with Heatsy to carry out the recommended work. Contacted Heatsy as they were recommended via Local Heroes website and every contact was positive - boiler was diagnosed as requiring replacement which was all carried out within days of diagnosing - Lee kept to promise to replace boiler within two days and completed the job. Heatsy installed a new heating system for me in Hampstead.I was particularly impressed with the survey, after 3 engineers telling me I needed a combi without asking me any questions the guy from Heatsy was the first one who asked me what me and my family needed which, it turns out was NOT a combi.We now have Vaillant boiler and water tank with an outdoor sensor, the engineer was very knowledgeable about energy efficiency and which controls would benefit us the most.I'm extremely impressed and would highly recommend.

Would you know what signs to look for on your gas boiler to spot a potential CO leak? If you're like most people, the answers probably no.

Don't worry, we do! All our engineers are highly trained with years of experience servicing all types of gas boilers and appliances.

We are gas safe registered heating professionals who take the safety of you and your family as seriously as you do.

A Spa Day for Your Boiler

Your annual boiler service isn't only to ensure your safety, it's also vital to prevent unnecessary boiler breakdowns, maintain the efficiency of your boiler, and improve your comfort.

We start by asking you a few questions to see if there are any problems you think we should know about.

After this we take two samples from your heating system, one is for a visual inspection, the other is for a rapid on-site digital analysis of the chemical composition of the water in your heating system.

The rapid analysis tells us the inhibitor, corrosion, and PH levels of the system water, you'll receive a digital certificate from Adey with any recommendations for further works.

Next, we visually inspect the boiler before removing the case to check all the safety devices, gas pressures, gas rates, and seals.

We'll also give your boiler a clean, inside, and out, before checking the flue gasses for CO levels and making any necessary adjustments.

Minor Repairs Included

If we find any minor issues, we'll sort them out as part of the service, if there are any major issues or recommendations, we'll supply you a quote for your consideration along with a service certificate detailing all our findings and recommendations.

Never Leave You Cold

If we find something that is classed as immediately dangerous (ID) and it poses an immediate risk to you and your family's life, we will make the situation safe which in some cases requires us to turn the boiler off.

In this instance, we'll leave you with electric fan heaters, and if you have one, we'll help you set up your immersion for hot water.

We'll supply you with a quote to get the boiler back up and running safely and will aim to book the return appointment 24 hours after you accept the quote. If we can do the work the same day we will.
