We will always confirm your appointment before sending an engineer and book a slot that’s convenient to you. We will send you a booking reminder, and on the day you’ll receive a text with a tracking link when the engineer is en route.
If for any reason you feel dissatisfied you won’t need to spend hours trying to contact us, shortly after the boiler service we’ll check in with you to make sure you’re happy and see if there was anything we could have done better.
We offer appointments for weekends and evenings, so even if you’re a very busy person we will be able to offer an appointment that suits you!
And, any minor faults found during the service that don’t require any replacement parts to fix will be repaired free of charge!
